Catnip n Biscuits founded in 2010 is the premier pet hotel and doggie day care in Savannah. Your pets will enjoy an enriching overnight and day care experience in our upscale facility. We offer many options for day care and overnight lodging for your cats and dogs, such as: luxury suites, private care rooms, traditional day care, VIP day care, private day care, geriatric day care, and activities to keep your pet engaged and active for the duration of their stay. All offerings are geared toward the safety, comfort, and contentment of the pets in our care.
The Catnip n Biscuits team is thoroughly trained in dog body language and group play using the same training program that is used by the best, and safest, facilities across the country. CNB sets the standard for dog day care/boarding handler training in the Savannah area. All team members are certified by CNB using this program and no staff member will attend a group until they have completed our training program.
At Catnip n Biscuits, we are committed to keeping your pets safe, happy, and healthy while they take advantage of all we have to offer.
Take a tour! Our hotel is always ready for you to tour! Visit with us and take a tour before you leave your precious pet in our care. You will be pleasantly surprised at what you find. Clean, spacious, bright, comfortable pet suites, top of the line private care accommodations and upscale cat condos are just what your pet needs for boarding happiness!
While we do not require appointments for tours but we are only available to do a tour during hours that dogs are not being moved around the facility. Our tour hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 5:00pm. We can accommodate appointments on a limited basis if there is a specific time needed. Please keep in mind that peak check out and check in times will have a longer wait for a tour to take place.

How long have you been in business?
At Home Pet Sitters has been keeping Savannah pets happy since 2000!
What is your primary product or service?
We provide pet sitting, dog walking, kitty care, pet taxi, overnight service and much more!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a huge animal lover all my life! I have 3 dogs and they are so spoiled! I would have more, but the house isn't big enough; so, I decided caring for other peoples pets would help me to spread the love around!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide top notch, reliable pet care to all of our customers. We are dedicated to keeping all the pets happy and all the customers homes secure. We truly strive to become a member of the family and we love our customers pets as if they were our own.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently providing service in Savannah and surrounding areas.

Our customers do not come to us, we visit the pets in their own homes, so our location is just office space. Of course, if our customers want to come by to say hello, we are always happy to see them!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, money orders and cash.
Which areas do you service?
At Home Pet Sitters visits pets in all of Savannah, the islands, except for Tybee, the Landings, Southbridge, Southside, Downtown, Midtown, Georgetown and all other surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Cathi Denham is the owner of At Home Pet Sitters and she is very involved in not only the pet care, but she runs the entire business side also. She has two office assistants and there are currently 6 sitters employed in the Savannah area. At Home Pet Sitters does not use independent contractors because Cathi likes to be in total control as far as how jobs are performed and all other aspects of the pet care being provided. This is not allowed when contractors are used and Cathi is not willing to provide less than the best pet care, therefore, she must be the one making the rules that the sitters are required to follow. Also, there is an extensive training manual that was written by Cathi and every sitter employed by At Home Pet Sitters is required to complete the training and the Accreditation course endorsed by Pet Sitters International.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 7pm. We do pet sitting and dog walking from 8am thru 8pm and early visits and late night visits are available for an additional charge.
